We were just blessed with 8” of fresh powder in the last 24 hours and it is still snowing! I went and checked out the Backside and a few other tree areas early this morning and I just didn’t want to leave. People were out and waiting for the lift operators to give the ok, so they could rip up some freshies. Fresh tracks were to be had, especially if you were up here bright and early. I’m guessing we’ll have another 6 to 8 inches tomorrow morning and a few more Wednesday. Thursday is going to be the big snow day, we could see around 2 feet be nightfall, and yes that is Christmas day!
If you don’t have plans for New Year’s yet, we will have our annual Fire and Ice New Year’s Party. It has been a huge hit in the past and I am almost certain that isn’t going to change, but only get better. Keep checking, I’ll be updating this blog almost religiously. Hope your enjoying the powder,
