9 more inches fell on the Summit in the last 24 hours giving us a 7 day total of 58 inches on top of our mountain. The conditions are nothing short of epic right now, with powder and packed powder as our primary surface conditions. Lookout Mountain and The Backside are opening this weekend, which is earlier than usual. We have extended Stampede, Prosser, Martis, and we have a new intermediate trail Washoe. Come on out this weekend and lets take some fresh tracks on Lookout, I’ll be over there as soon as the lift begins turning.
I’ll try and update you with the latest information like; how the skiing is on Lookout and The Backside, along with some footage.
Hope to see you here,
Chris

Hey Rick,
I'm glad you enjoy reading the blog, we are expecting 4-12 inches of fresh powder overnight and with the wet snow, we'll have a great base! Can't wait to ski The Camp Glade and Monument Glade, we've done some really great tree thinning through these areas. I'll have some footage of Lookout and the Backside for you if we get the snow we're expecting.

Hey Chris,
Its going to be my first trip up to Northstar this holiday weekend and I was wondering if the only features were located in pinball. Is that where I will find everything that Im looking for or is there other features scattered through the runs?
Is there a link where I can get more of my questions answered?
Thanks,
Hayden
