Which do you prefer? A 420 foot long Superpipe and Terrain Parks that are ranked among the top 10 in North America? We also have a mountain of corduroy as far as the eye can see, and plenty of moguls if that’s your preference. Did you know we strive for at least 80% of groomable terrain groomed overnight? That means we lay nearly 2,400 acres of corduroy nightly! We have an amazing grooming team so that target is rarely missed, and generally exceeded! Our Terrain Park Crew and Grooming Team work as one unit, but obviously different tasks. In case you were wondering why the grooming of our mountain and parks and pipes is done so well, you can thank them.
We have our first big Park event coming up on January 15th, the Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort Olympic Heritage Rail Jam. This event is going to be one for the spectators! The venue will consist of a professionally manicured street style course, and some of the top names in snowboarding will be riding. Come on out at 5:00pm (or earlier if you want to get the best spot) at the base of the Big Springs Express Gondola and get ready for some free entertainment!
If you’re looking for a lift ticket deal, I would suggest checking out one of our partner shops in Sacramento, South Bay, Reno, and the East/North Bay. You can pick up a $59 voucher good from January 3rd to the 15th. If you are currently enrolled in college, bring your up-to-date student I.D. Monday through Friday for a discounted lift ticket as well (Jan 4-8 and 11-15). Remember, you can credit your lift ticket toward a Double Whammy Season Pass if you decide we are right for you.
Have A Great Day!

Hey Chris, not to be nitpicky, but isn't the College Week deal no cheaper than Value Shop Vouchers, but with even more limited days? Both $59?
I guess it's useful if you can't find a voucher, but you do have a student I.D.

Hey Darryl,
You are right, the College Week deal and Value Shop Vouchers are for $59. It requires a little more effort to pick up a voucher, so we don't black those vouchers out on Sunday. The College Week special is for those extremely busy students that might not have time or be near a shop they can grab a voucher at. Just a couple of ways to save, thanks for the comment!
